제1조 (목적)

Article 1 (Purpose)

본 약관은 Matgilog 애플리케이션(이하 "앱")의 이용 조건과 절차, 사용자와 당사의 권리, 의무 및 책임사항을 규정함을 목적으로 합니다. These terms and conditions establish the usage conditions, procedures, rights, obligations, and responsibilities between users and our company regarding the Matgilog application (hereinafter "app").

제2조 (서비스 내용)

Article 2 (Service Content)

앱은 다음과 같은 서비스를 제공합니다: The app provides the following services:

  1. 음식 기록 및 관리 Food recording and management
  2. 음식 카테고리별 분류 (맛있어, 또다시, 별로야, 모르겠) Food categorization (Yummy, Again, Nah, IDK)
  3. 음식 출처별 필터링 (식당, 마트, 온라인, 기타) Food source filtering (Restaurant, Market, Online, Other)
  4. 음식 평가 및 별점 기록 Food evaluation and rating
  5. 음식 정보 저장 (위치, 가격, 메모 등) Food information storage (location, price, memo, etc.)

제3조 (서비스 이용)

Article 3 (Service Usage)

  1. 본 앱은 로컬 데이터베이스를 활용하며, 별도의 회원 가입이 필요하지 않습니다. This app utilizes a local database and does not require any membership registration.
  2. 사용자는 앱이 제공하는 기능을 개인적인 음식 기록 목적으로만 사용해야 합니다. Users must use the app's features for personal food recording purposes only.

제4조 (저작권)

  1. 앱의 디자인, 로고, 기능 등에 대한 저작권은 당사에 있습니다. The copyright of the app's design, logo, and features belongs to our company.
  2. 사용자가 입력한 음식 정보 및 평가에 대한 권리는 사용자에게 있습니다. The rights to food information and evaluations entered by users belong to the users.

제5조 (면책조항)

Article 5 (Disclaimer)

  1. 음식 기록의 원본은 기기에 저장되며, 사용자가 내보낸 백업 파일은 선택한 저장 위치에 남습니다. Original food records are stored on the device, and exported backups remain in the location selected by the user.
  2. 기기의 문제로 인한 데이터 손실에 대해 당사는 책임지지 않습니다. We are not responsible for data loss due to device issues.
  3. 앱에 기록된 음식 정보의 정확성이나 최신성에 대한 책임은 사용자에게 있습니다. The responsibility for the accuracy and currency of food information recorded in the app lies with the user.

1. 개인정보 수집

1. Collection of Personal Information

음식 기록은 앱 전용 로컬 데이터베이스에 저장됩니다. 백업 내보내기·가져오기는 사용자가 시스템 파일 선택기에서 지정한 파일과 위치를 사용합니다. Food records are stored in the app's private local database. Backup export and import use the files and locations you select through the system file picker.

Android에서는 광고 제공을 위한 인터넷·광고 식별자 관련 권한을 사용합니다. 위치 찾기를 누르면 입력한 위치 또는 주소가 외부 지도 검색어로 전달되며, 앱이 현재 기기 위치를 자동 수집하지는 않습니다. On Android, the app uses internet and advertising identifier permissions for ads. Tapping a location sends the entered location or address to an external map search; the app does not automatically collect your device's current location.

  1. 음식 기록의 원본은 사용자의 기기 내부에 저장됩니다. The original food records are stored on your device.
  2. 앱 자체 서버로 음식 기록을 전송하지 않습니다. 광고는 외부 광고 서비스를 사용하며, 지도 검색과 백업 파일 저장·공유는 사용자가 실행합니다. The app does not upload food records to an app server. Ads use an external ad service; you initiate map searches and choose where to save or share backup files.
  3. 저장되는 정보: Stored information:
    • 음식 이름, 설명, 출처 Food name, description, source
    • 음식 카테고리, 평점 Food category, rating
    • 위치, 주소, 가격, 메모 Location, address, price, memo
    • 생성 날짜 및 시간 Creation date and time

3. Data Deletion

  1. 앱 내에서 언제든지 저장된 음식 데이터를 삭제할 수 있습니다. Stored food data can be deleted at any time within the app.
  2. Android 앱 제거 시 앱 전용 기록을 잃을 수 있습니다. Windows의 로컬 데이터 및 별도 저장·공유한 백업 파일은 앱 제거 후에도 남을 수 있으며 직접 관리해야 합니다. Removing the Android app can remove its private records. Local Windows data and backup files saved or shared separately may remain after uninstalling and must be managed separately.

Android 광고는 Google AdMob SDK를 통해 제공되며 광고 식별자와 기기·광고 요청 정보가 SDK에 의해 처리될 수 있습니다. 제공 가능한 경우 앱의 광고 개인정보 옵션에서 동의 설정에 다시 진입할 수 있습니다. Android ads are provided through the Google AdMob SDK, which may process advertising identifiers and device or ad request information. When available, the app's ad privacy options let you revisit consent settings.

지도 검색은 사용자가 누른 위치·주소 검색어를 외부 지도 서비스에 전달합니다. JSON 백업에는 위치·주소·메모 원문이 포함되므로 저장·공유 위치를 직접 선택하고 관리해야 합니다. Map searches send the location or address you select to an external map service. JSON backups contain location, address and memo text, so you should choose and manage where you save or share them.
