제1조 (목적)

Article 1 (Purpose)

본 약관은 ReadingBounce 애플리케이션(이하 "앱")의 이용 조건과 절차, 사용자와 당사의 권리, 의무 및 책임사항을 규정함을 목적으로 합니다. These terms and conditions establish the usage conditions, procedures, rights, obligations, and responsibilities between users and our company regarding the ReadingBounce application (hereinafter "app").

제2조 (서비스 내용)

Article 2 (Service Content)

앱은 다음과 같은 서비스를 제공합니다: The app provides the following services:

  1. 이미지에서 텍스트 추출 Text extraction from images
  2. 음성 인식 및 텍스트 변환 Speech recognition and text conversion
  3. 텍스트의 음성 변환 Text-to-speech conversion
  4. 발음 학습 및 연습 Pronunciation learning and practice
  5. 사용자가 저장한 추출·음성 인식 텍스트와 단어 학습 기록 관리 Management of extracted or recognized text saved by the user and word study records

제3조 (서비스 이용)

Article 3 (Service Usage)

  1. 본 앱은 별도의 회원 가입이 필요하지 않습니다. 설치형 앱의 OCR은 포함된 자산으로 기기에서 처리하며, 음성 인식과 광고 등은 네트워크를 사용할 수 있습니다. 음성 기능 지원은 기기와 브라우저에 따라 다릅니다. This app does not require membership registration. Packaged apps perform OCR on the device using included assets, while speech recognition and ads may use the network. Speech feature availability varies by device and browser.
  2. 사용자는 앱이 제공하는 기능을 개인적인 학습 목적으로만 사용해야 합니다. Users must use the app's features for personal learning purposes only.

제4조 (저작권)

Article 4 (Copyright)

  1. 앱을 통해 추출하는 텍스트의 저작권은 해당 텍스트의 원 저작권자에게 있습니다. The copyright of text extracted through the app belongs to the original copyright holder of that text.
  2. 사용자는 저작권법을 준수하여 앱을 사용해야 합니다. Users must comply with copyright laws when using the app.

제5조 (면책조항)

Article 5 (Disclaimer)

  1. 설치형 앱의 학습 기록은 기기에 저장되며, 사용자가 내보낸 백업 파일은 선택한 저장 위치에 남습니다. Learning records in installed apps are stored on the device, and exported backups remain in the location selected by the user.
  2. 기기의 문제로 인한 데이터 손실에 대해 당사는 책임지지 않습니다. We are not responsible for data loss due to device issues.

ReadingBounce는 다음과 같은 기능에 기기 권한을 사용합니다: ReadingBounce uses device permissions for the following features:

  • 마이크 접근 권한: 음성 인식 기능을 위해 사용 Microphone access: Used for speech recognition functionality
  • 오디오 설정 권한: 텍스트 음성 변환(TTS) 기능을 위해 사용 Audio settings: Used for text-to-speech (TTS) functionality
  • 인터넷 및 광고 식별자 관련 권한: Android 광고 제공에 사용 Internet and advertising identifier permissions: Used to provide Android ads

이미지와 백업 파일은 사용자가 파일 선택기로 지정합니다. 학습 기록은 앱 전용 로컬 데이터베이스에 저장하며, 전체 외부 저장소 관리 권한을 요구하지 않습니다. You select images and backup files through a file picker. Learning records use the app's private local database; the app does not request permission to manage all external storage.

2. Storage and Protection of Personal Information

  1. 설치형 앱에서 사용자가 저장한 학습 기록은 기기에 보관됩니다. 브라우저 미리보기는 학습 기록 저장·백업을 제공하지 않으며, WordWave의 브라우저 저장 데이터는 브라우저 데이터 삭제 시 사라질 수 있습니다. Learning records you save in installed apps are kept on the device. The browser preview does not provide learning history storage or backups; its separate WordWave data may be lost when browser data is cleared.
  2. 앱 자체 서버로 학습 기록을 업로드하지 않습니다. 음성 인식 제공자와 광고 SDK는 아래 제3자 제공 항목에 설명된 정보를 외부에서 처리할 수 있습니다. The app does not upload learning records to an app server. Speech recognition providers and the ad SDK may process information externally as described under Third-Party Sharing below.
  3. 저장되는 정보: Stored information:
    • 이미지에서 추출한 텍스트 Text extracted from images
    • 음성 인식으로 변환된 텍스트 Text converted from speech recognition
    • WordWave 단어, 등장 횟수 및 학습 상태 WordWave words, frequencies and learning status
    • 생성 날짜 및 시간 Creation date and time

3. Data Deletion

  1. 앱 내에서 언제든지 저장된 데이터를 삭제할 수 있습니다. Stored data can be deleted at any time within the app.
  2. Android 앱 제거 시 앱 전용 기록을 잃을 수 있습니다. 데스크톱 로컬 데이터와 별도 저장·공유한 백업 파일은 앱 제거 후에도 남을 수 있으며 직접 관리해야 합니다. Removing the Android app can remove its private records. Local desktop data and backup files saved or shared separately may remain after uninstalling and must be managed separately.

음성 인식을 시작하면 기기 또는 브라우저가 사용하는 인식 제공자에게 음성이 전송될 수 있습니다. Android 광고는 Google AdMob SDK를 통해 제공되며 광고 식별자와 기기·광고 요청 정보가 SDK에 의해 처리될 수 있습니다. Starting speech recognition may send audio to the recognition provider used by your device or browser. Android ads use the Google AdMob SDK, which may process advertising identifiers and device or ad request information.

사용자가 여는 외부 링크는 해당 서비스에 연결됩니다. JSON 백업에는 학습 텍스트가 포함되므로 저장·공유 위치를 직접 선택하고 관리해야 합니다. External links you open connect to the relevant service. JSON backups contain learning text, so you should choose and manage where you save or share them.
